I am very thankful for your proposition to install the Dutch sculptors Hildo Krop work in Riga City. In my opinion if a good installation place is found – this artwork fits perfect in the townscape of Riga. Also the utilitarian character of the work “Pissing in Public” makes Riga really interested in managing to place it in the city. I want to inform you that the realization of this project is in the agenda of Board of Riga City Construction. The Primary Artist of Riga and inspection for Heritage Protection chief are working together to find appropriate and the best place for the artwork. For this reason I am asking you to send technical parameters of the work as detailed as possible. Let us also know the planned costs of the project and its realization and how much of that you are ready to cover – so we can find the best way to find other financing sources.
